Mr. Hall works for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) within the Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection; as the San Francisco Regional Manager for the Community Affairs Branch. He manages a staff of Community Affairs Specialist that assist financial institutions and community based organizations develop strategies that are responsive to the credit, service and investment needs of communities’ throughout eleven western states and the territory of Guam.
Mr. Hall has twenty-six years of banking experience and has been a Senior Vice President and Regional Division Manager in Commercial Lending for several prominent multi-state financial institutions. Mr. Hall is an accomplished facilitator and coalition builder, promoting community and economic development, providing technical assistance and financial education to the unbanked and LMI communities throughout the United States for JP Morgan Chase Bank, GE Capital and U.S. Bank.
Mr. Hall completed formal bank credit training with special emphasis in commercial lending. He has a BBA in Finance from Texas Southern University and is a graduate of the Sam Houston State University Banking and Financial Institutions MBA program. He served 6 years in the U.S. Coast Guard and holds a distinguished honorable discharge.
