David Friedman is Special Advisor to the Director of the FDIC’s Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection (DCP). David previously served as a Senior Policy Analyst in DCP’s Supervisory Policy group. Prior to joining the FDIC, David served in various roles at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, including as Senior Advisor to the Commissioner on Financial Empowerment Policy. David also previously served as Acting Lead Research Analyst at Domini Social Investments.
David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from New York University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
