Alicia Lloro is a Senior Financial Economist in the Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Alicia joined the FDIC in 2013 and has worked on consumer finance issues such as economic inclusion, household financial resiliency, and credit. She has also provided technical and analytic expertise for the FDIC’s National Survey of Unbanked and Underbanked Households. Alicia received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine in 2013, and B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in 2002.
