Joseph G. Keefer

Joseph G. Keefer has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company at Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation since February 2001, and December 1997, respectively. Mr. Keefer served as Vice President and Commercial Lending Manager of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company since March 1991. He also served as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Real Estate Lending Services at The Bryn Mawr Trust Company since July 1994. In December 2000, he assumed responsibility of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company's Credit Division, which included Commercial and Real Estate Lending, Consumer and Small Business Lending, BMT Mortgage and Loan Operations. Mr. Keefer served as the Vice President in the commercial lending division at First Pennsylvania Bank/CoreStates, N.A., from June 1980 to March 1991. He serves as the Chairman of BMT Leasing, Inc., BMT Mortgage Services, Inc., and BMT Settlement Services, Inc., the subsidiaries of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company. Mr. Keefer is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in Economics and earned an MBA from Drexel University.
