Arrival/Departure Transportation
Conference participants are responsible for their own transportation between the airport or train station and their lodging location. Conference planners are providing shuttle transportation between the conference hotel (see below) and the conference venue. Taxis and other ground transportation options are available from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) , the Burbank Bob Hope Airport and Amtrak.
Lodging
A block of rooms is available at a special reserved rate of $189 per night plus tax at the Doubletree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown. The Doubletree is approximately 1 ½ miles from the conference venue (about 20 minutes by shuttle or taxi). Information about the hotel is available at the link below. The conference code for confirming hotel rooms is included in the conference registration links that have been provided to invited conference participants. Valet parking and self-parking are available for a fee.
Please note, the hotel block at the discounted rate is now full. You may take advantage of our shuttle between the Doubletree and the Federal Reserve Bank by staying at the Doubletree at their regular room rate. For your convenience, below is a list of other hotels near the Federal Reserve Bank.

Federal security policy requires all individuals entering the conference venue to present a government-issued photo identification. We recommend attendees plan their arrival in sufficient time prior to the scheduled event, in order to process through security.
