Third-Party Risk

This presentation provides an overview of the key elements in managing third parties who provide services to financial institutions. We discuss what bank directors should know about third-party risk and what responsibilities directors have in relation to the oversight of these third parties. This video is based on the FDIC-issued Financial Institution Letter entitled “Guidance for Managing Third-Party Risk” (June 2008).
