Subject: Industrial Loan Corporations

Greetings,

I understand that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s six-month halt on new approvals of companies' applications to establish or acquire the banks known as industrial loan corporations ends Wednesday.

As a consumer (I am not affiliated with Wal Mart or Home Depot nor am I a stockholder in any such firms) I recommend that your prohibitions of such applications stop.

Let the market place decide if such firms should exist. There seems to be a strong bias against anything Wal Mart does or wants to do.

I don't think such bias is worthy of thinking people.

Kindest regards,

Roger Hutflesz
