Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Community Reinvestment means financial opportunity for more people, lower crime rates, and greater markets for American business. It is totally idiotic to do away with these rules just so a few super-wealthy bankers can keep more money in the short term. And it is short-term, because in the long term community reinvestment is a profitable enterprise.
