Sheila C. Bair is Distinguished Scholar at the Center for Public Policy and Administration at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Ms. Bair has over 20 years of experience in government and financial services. She has served variously as the Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions at the Treasury Department; Commissioner on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission; and Senior Vice President of Government Relations for the New York Stock Exchange, among other positions.

Ms. Bair is a graduate of Kansas University Law School. She and her husband are the parents of two children.

Jean Becker is Chief of Staff to former President George H.W. Bush. In this capacity, she oversees his office operations in Houston, Texas, and Kennebunkport, Maine. Previously, she served as deputy press secretary to First Lady Barbara Bush from 1989 to 1992.

Before joining the Bush White House staff in 1989, Ms. Becker was a newspaper reporter for 10 years, including four years at USA TODAY. She also has helped with the editing and research of All the Best, George Bush: My Life in Letters and Other Writings and Barbara Bush, A Memoir.

Ms. Becker holds a B.A. in Journalism and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri.

Andrew B. Craig, III is retired Chairman of the Board of Directors of NationsBank Corporation (now Bank of America). A professional banker with more than 40 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Craig is also well known in his present home of St. Louis, MO, for his dedication to cultural and service organizations. In addition, he is a past member of the Board of Directors of the American Bankers Association, Bankers Roundtable, the International Financial Conference, Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., Petrolite, Inc., and the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve.

Mr. Craig is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Buffalo. He received graduate training in banking at Rutgers University and Columbia University. He and his wife are the parents of two daughters.

The Rev. Dr. Floyd H. Flake is a former U.S. Representative (D-NY; 1986 - 1997) and is currently the senior pastor of Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York in Jamaica, Queens, NY. He is also President of Edison Charter Schools, the nation's largest private schooling company. In addition, he is President of Wilberforce University in Ohio.

While serving in Congress, the Rev. Dr. Flake was a member of the House Banking and Finance and Small Business Committees. He authored the Bank Enterprise Act provisions of the Community Development Financial Institutions Act of 1993, which provided incentives for financial institutions to make market-oriented investments in destabilized urban and rural economies.

Dr. Flake serves as a Commissioner on the President's Commission on Excellence in Special Education, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fannie Mae Foundation, Edison Schools, The Princeton Review, The New York City Investment Fund Civic Capital Corporation, and The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute for Social and Economic Policy, an Adjunct Fellow on the Advisory Board of The Brookings Institute Center on Urban and Metropolitan Policy, and a member of the NYC 2012 Olympic Committee. He is a former columnist for the New York Post.

Dr. Flake earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH, and holds a B.A. from Wilberforce University with additional studies at Payne Theological Seminary and Northeastern University School of Business. The Flakes are the parents of four children.

Richard R. Hollington, Jr. is Lead Director, Sky Financial Group, Inc. (Bowling Green, OH) and a Senior Partner in the law firm of Baker and Hostetler. He served two terms in the Ohio General Assembly, and is a present or former Trustee of a wide range of civic and governmental associations, including the University of Findlay, Cleveland State University, the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, the Cleveland Zoological Society, the Cuyahoga County Hospital Foundation, and the Ohio Municipal League.

Mr. Hollington holds a B.A. from Williams College and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. He and his wife have four children and three grandchildren.

Terry J. Jorde is President and CEO of CountryBank USA in Cando, North Dakota. She began her banking career at age 21 as a teller and bookkeeper at CountryBank USA. At age 32, she was elected President and CEO of the bank. Ms. Jorde successfully led the bank through a local agricultural crisis, achieving strong growth in profitability and achieving consistently strong examination results. By taking advantage of the opportunities that technology and legislation have presented, CountryBank continues to diversify its geographic and revenue base.

Ms. Jorde is active in the Independent Community Bankers Association of America, having served on the Executive Committee as Treasurer and as Chairman of ICBA's Community Banking Network and Agriculture-Rural America Committee. She is past President of the Independent Community Banks of North Dakota and a past member of the Federal Reserve Board Consumer Advisory Council. She also served as a Board Member of the North Dakota Department of Banking and Financial Institutions, and is currently a Board Member of the North Dakota Development Fund.

Ms. Jorde received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois. She and her husband have three children.

Gray D. Lindsey is Senior Vice President of Management Services and Chief Financial Officer for Coca-Cola North America. He has held a variety of positions with Coca-Cola both here and abroad.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Mr. Lindsey was a senior auditor with the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. He served as a Captain in the Medical Service Corps of the U.S. Army from 1977 to 1981.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and an M.A. in Business Administration from the University of Virginia. He and his wife are the parents of two sons.

John G. Medlin, Jr. is Chairman Emeritus of Wachovia Corporation, having served 34 years with the bank before retiring as CEO in 1993. During his career, he served as a member, director, and president of the Association of Reserve City Bankers, and was a member and director of the International Monetary Conference.

He currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Burlington Industries, Inc., Media General, Inc., R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings, Inc., and US Airways Group, Inc. He is a trustee of The Duke Endowment, the Kenan Institute for Ethics, the National Humanities Center, the Research Triangle Foundation, the Winston-Salem Foundation, Wake Forest University, and the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He also is a member of the State Judicial Council.

Mr. Medlin received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Louise M. Parent is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of American Express Company. Prior to joining American Express in 1977, Ms. Parent was an attorney in the New York law firm of Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine.

Ms. Parent is a member of the American Bar Association and the Council on Foreign Relations. She also serves as a Director of A Better Chance, Inc., the Cooke Center for Learning and Development, and is a member of the Advisory Board of The Studio in a School.

She and her husband reside in New York City.

Roger B. Porter is IBM Professor of Business and Government and the Master of Dunster House at Harvard University. He is also a Senior Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and Faculty Chairman of Harvard's Program for Senior Managers in Government.

Mr. Porter has served for more than a decade in senior economic policy positions in the Ford, Reagan, and George H.W. Bush White Houses. From 1989 to 1993, he served as Assistant to the President for Economic and Domestic Policy.

In the Reagan White House, Mr. Porter served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Office of Policy Development. He also served as Executive Secretary of the Economic Policy Council and as Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury. He was Executive Secretary of the Cabinet Council on Economic Affairs from 1981 to 1985.

In the Ford White House, Mr. Porter was a White House Fellow from 1974 to 1975, joining the White House staff in August 1974. He was appointed Special Assistant to the President and served as Executive Secretary of the President's Economic Policy Board.

Mr. Porter received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and was selected as a Rhodes Scholar and Woodrow Wilson Fellow, receiving his B.Phil. degree from Oxford University. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard. He and his wife are the parents of four children.

Dennis D. Powell is Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance at Cisco Systems, Inc. In this capacity, he has responsibility for financial planning and analysis, business units and operational controllers and mergers and acquisitions analysis. Mr. Powell joined Cisco in 1997 as Vice President, Corporate Controller, where he managed global financial reporting and related functions, global tax strategies and implementation, corporate procurement and internal audit.

Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Powell was Senior Partner at Coopers & Lybrand, where he was the engagement partner for several large multinational companies.

He is a member of the Committee on Corporate Reporting of Financial Executives International, having served as chair of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Liaison Subcommittee.

Mr. Powell holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Oregon State University.

John T. Sinnott is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh, Inc., the parent company of the risk and insurance services businesses of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (MMC). He is also a Director of MMC.

Mr. Sinnott began his career at Marsh & McLennan in 1963, and has served in various capacities in the firm both in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Sinnott has served in a variety of community and charitable organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House Benefit, the US Lyme Disease Foundation Benefit, and the NY Police & Fire Widows & Children Benefit. He is a past Trustee of the Insurance Institute of America and the American Institute for Property/Casualty Underwriters.

Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan, Mr. Sinnott served for two years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College.
