FDIC Makes Public April Enforcement Actions; No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for June 2013
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in April. No administrative hearings are scheduled for June 2013. The FDIC issued a total of 43 orders in April. The orders included: eight consent orders; six removal and prohibition orders; seven civil money penalties; 10 section 19 orders; and 12 orders terminating consent orders and cease and desist orders.
