FDIC Atlanta Region Regulatory Conference Call
Compliance and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Updates and Refresher Information

The FDIC’s Atlanta Regional Office will host a teleconference to discuss some updates and refresher information related to consumer compliance and the CRA. Topics include the revised Consumer Compliance Rating System, best practices for managing potentially higher-risk compliance areas, how Matters Requiring Board Attention are used in Compliance and CRA examinations, and CRA considerations related to mergers and acquisitions.
Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions following the presentation. Questions may also be emailed to atlconferencecall@fdic.gov.
Who Should Attend
The conference call is open to FDIC-supervised institutions in the Atlanta Region (i.e., state nonmember banks located in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia). Bank directors, officers, and staff members are welcome to participate in the conference call.
