FDIC Kansas City Region Teleconference Call:
Identifying and Monitoring Third Party Payment Processors and HMDA Validation

On August 8, 2013, the FDIC's Kansas City Region will host a Regional Regulatory Teleconference. Our topics for the teleconference will be"Identifying and Monitoring Third Party Payment Processors” and “HMDA Validation - How Examiners Review HMDA Data"
The 90 minute session will:
Provide a discussion of red flags, risks associated with these arrangements, and risk mitigation principles associated with third party payment processing.
Provide an overview of what examiners are reviewing when performing HMDA validation; and
Include time for questions and answers.
Our speakers, comprised of FDIC staff, will provide their unique insights from an examination perspective.
The teleconference is primarily open to FDIC-supervised institutions in the Kansas City Region. Bank directors, officers, and staff members are welcome to participate. Participants may call in from any location and are not required to be onsite at their institution.
There is no requirement to pre-register for the call. To participate, simply follow the instructions provided in the email invitation that was previously distributed to all FDIC-supervised institutions in the Kansas City Region.

To allow sufficient time for all participants to be connected, we appreciate your efforts to call at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the call, if possible.
