On February 8, 2011, the FDIC's Kansas City Region will host a Regional Regulatory Teleconference. Our topic for the teleconference will be "RESPA.”
The 90 minute session will:

  • Provide an overview of the changes effective January 1, 2010 and features of the new forms;
  • Discuss common errors and types of violations identified;
  • Provide responses to commonly asked questions; and
  • Include time for questions and answers.

Our speaker, Andrew Fay, HUD, and other speakers, comprised of FDIC staff, will provide their unique insights from an examination perspective.

The teleconference is primarily open to FDIC-supervised institutions in the Kansas City Region. Bank directors, officers, and staff members are welcome to participate. Participants may call in from any location and are not required to be onsite at their institution.
