The FDIC Dallas Region will be hosting a Regulatory Conference Call on Thursday, May 9, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.  Members of your Board and bank staff are invited to participate in this free one-hour call.

The topic for this call will be “Identifying and Mitigating Cyber Fraud.”

The presentation will focus on identifying and mitigating cyber fraud against financial institutions and their customers.  The presentation will address emerging risk and the growing sophistication of cyber threats, which are particularly relevant in the current environment.  FDIC staff will address questions you may have that are related to this presentation. 

Discussion topics will include:

    • Distributed Denial of Service

The one-hour teleconference will include a presentation and a question and answer session.
