The property will be conveyed by quitclaim deed without covenant, representation, or warranty of any kind or nature, express or implied, and any and all warranties that might arise by common law and any warranties created by statue, as the same may be hereafter amended or superseded, will be excluded. All properties will be conveyed by the FDIC's Quitclaim Deed standard form of Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contract without any changes being made thereto, and the terms and provisions of that contract will govern any transaction.
