ORDER DISMISSING SECTION 8(b) PROCEEDING WITH PREJUDICE AS TO CERTAIN RESPONDENTS
WHEREAS, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), on the one part, and Janice J. France, Leonard S. Sands, Ada P. Sands, and Berrien E. Moore, as Respondents in the above-captioned proceeding, on the other part, have each separately executed with the FDIC a Memorandum of Understanding in connection with a settlement of the claims between them arising out of the above-captioned proceeding.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the entire above-captioned proceeding initiated pursuant to Section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on August 10, 1990, be, and hereby is, dismissed with prejudice, including as against Janice J. France, Leonard S. Sands, Ada P. Sands, and Berrien E. Moore, Respondents therein.
