   IT IS HERBY ORDERED, that the Findings of Unsafe or Unsound Practices and Condition and Order of Correction Issued on June 17, 1987, and the Notice of Intention to Terminate Insured Status and Order Setting Hearing issued on April 13, 1988, against The Hidalgo County Bank and Trust Co., Mercedes, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby are, terminated.
   Dated at Dallas, Texas, this 18th day of September, 1991.
