In the Matter of

ANDERSON COUNTY BANK
CLINTON, TENNESSEE

(Insured State Nonmember Bank)

   On May 21, 1991, the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("Board") issued a DECISION AND ORDER TERMINATING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ("Order") which ordered the termination of the Insured Institution's insured status.
   By Resolution dated the 14th day of August, 1991, the Board delegated to the Regional Director of the FDIC's Memphis Region ("Regional Director) or his designee the authority to enter into an agreement to terminate the Order with the Insured Institution and to terminate the Order upon the Insured Institution's compliance with the agreement. The Regional Director has designated the Deputy Regional Director of the FDIC's Memphis Regional Office to exercise the authority delegated by the Board.
   On the 23rd day of August, 1991, the FDIC and the Insured Institution entered into an agreement pursuant to the authority delegated to the Regional Director or his designee. The Insured Institution has complied with the provisions of that agreement.
   WHEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED that the ORDER TERMINATING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE of Anderson County Bank, Clinton, Tennessee, dated May 21, 1991, is terminated.
   Pursuant to delegated authority.
