The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Banking, hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist jointly entered on April 4, 2003, against Community Bank of Lawndale, Chicago, Illinois ("Bank"), pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 48(6) of the Illinois Banking Act, 205 ILCS 5/48(6).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against the Bank on April 4, 2003 be, and hereby is, terminated.
