The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and the Office of Financial Institutions for the Commonwealth of Kentucky ("KOFI") hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist against First Bank of Northern Kentucky, Inc., Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, entered on January 6, 2004, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 287.690 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. §287.690 (Michie 1981).
