The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and the Office of Financial Institutions for the State of Kentucky hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist entered on March 5, 2004, against United Community Bank, Glasgow, Kentucky, (now known as The Central Bank USA, Inc., Greensburg, Kentucky) pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 287.690 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
