   The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and the State of Illinois, Office of Banks and Real Estate ("OBRE"), hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist jointly entered on September 27, 2002, against Raritan State Bank, Raritan, Illinois ("Bank"), pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 48(6) of the Illinois Banking Act, 205 ILCS 5/48(6).

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist entered against the Bank on September 27, 2002, be, and hereby is, terminated.

   Pursuant to delegated authority.
