CEASE AND DESIST

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST ("Order") issued on January 4, 1991, against Paul C. Hufnagle ("Individual Respondent"), individually, and Franklin State Bank, Franklin, Minnesota ("Bank"), by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, terminated as to the Individual Respondent. Said Order was terminated as to the Bank only on October 5, 1992.
   Dated this 30th day of October, 1995.
   Pursuant to delegated authority.
