IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist issued against Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, New Roads, Louisiana (now known as Team Bank and Trust Company, New Roads, Louisiana), pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on November 13, 1985, and subsequently modified on January 5, 1988, be, and hereby is, terminated.
