IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued on July 10, 1989, against Tri-County Bank and Trust, Bellevue, Nebraska ("Bank") and John H. Becker, individually and as a participant in the conduct of the affairs of the Bank, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, terminated.
