IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the administrative proceeding initiated against Desert Sun Bank, Yuma, Arizona, by the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on January 7, 1992, pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
