IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the termination of insurance proceeding initiated on December 10, 1991, against Renville County State Bank, Renville, Minnesota, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a) (2), be, and hereby is, terminated.
