IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the termination of insurance proceedings initiated on August 6, 1991, against Bank of the West, Parker, Colorado by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the above captioned matter, pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a)(2), be, and hereby are terminated.
