SECTION 8(a) PROCEEDING
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the administrative proceeding against Alvarado State Bank, Alvarado, Texas ("Bank"), initiated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on September 11, 1990, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby is terminated, and that the Findings of Unsafe and Unsound Practices and Condition and Order of Correction issued against the Bank on that day be, and hereby are terminated.
