IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the NOTICE OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING issued to The Parker Banking Company, Parker City, Indiana, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ("Act"), 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on September 28, 1990, be, and hereby is, withdrawn and the proceedings initiated thereunder are terminated.
