   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against First Security Bank & Trust Company, Haughton, Louisiana, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b) (1982), amended by section 902(a)(1) of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub. L. No. 101-73 §902(a)(1), 103 Stat. 183, 450-51 (1989) (to be codified at 12 U.S.C. §1818(b)), on July 29, 1987, be, and hereby is, terminated.
   Dated at Memphis, Tennessee, this 21st day of November, 1989.
