IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the administrative proceeding initiated against The Olla State Bank, Olla, Louisiana, ("Depository Institution") under section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(a), amended by the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub. L. No. 101-73, 103 Stat. 183, ____ (1989) (to be codified at 12 U.S.C. §1818(a)), by Findings of Unsafe or Unsound Condition and Order of Correction issued on February 14, 1989, be, and hereby is, discontinued and terminated.
