May 9 (BIF)
First National Bank of Blanchardville, Blanchardville, Wisconsin, with  total deposits of approximately $29 million and total assets of about $35 million, was assumed by The Park Bank, Madison, Wisconsin.  (PR-47-2003; PR-48-2003)

February 7 (BIF)
Southern Pacific Bank of Torrance, California, with  total deposits of approximately $865 million and total assets of about $916 million, was assumed by Beal Bank of Plano, Texas.  (PR-11-2003)
