Failed Bank Information for ISN Bank, Cherry Hill, NJ

On Friday, September 17, 2010, ISN Bank was closed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. The FDIC was named Receiver. New Century Bank (doing business as Customers Bank), Phoenixville, PA acquired all deposit accounts.

The FDIC as Receiver for ISN Bank, Cherry Hill, NJ has taken all actions necessary to terminate the Receivership Estate. The Receiver published a legal notice of intent to terminate the receivership on March 1, 2017 and has made all dividend distributions required by law.

Effective June 1, 2017, the Receiver was discharged and the Receivership Estate was terminated and ceased existence as a legal entity.

About New Century Bank (doing business as Customers Bank)

All deposit accounts, including brokered deposits, were transferred to New Century Bank (doing business as Customers Bank), Phoenixville, PA ("assuming institution"). Former ISN Bank locations reopened as branches of New Century Bank (doing business as Customers Bank).

Your transferred deposits were separately insured from any accounts you may have already had at New Century Bank (doing business as Customers Bank) for at least six months after the failure of ISN Bank.

You may withdraw your funds from any transferred account without an early withdrawal penalty until you enter into a new deposit agreement with New Century Bank (doing business as Customers Bank) as long as the deposits are not pledged as collateral for loans.
