Failed Bank Information for PFF Bank & Trust, Pomona, CA

On Friday, November 21, 2008, PFF Bank and Trust was closed by the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS). The FDIC was named Receiver. U.S. Bank, National Association, Cincinnati, OH acquired all deposit accounts.

The FDIC as Receiver for PFF Bank and Trust, Pomona, CA has taken all actions necessary to terminate the Receivership Estate. The Receiver published a legal notice of intent to terminate the receivership on August 5, 2022 and has made all dividend distributions required by law.

Effective November 1, 2022, the Receiver was discharged and the Receivership Estate was terminated and ceased existence as a legal entity.

All deposit accounts and all loans were transferred to U.S. Bank, National Association, Cincinnati, OH ("assuming institution"). Former PFF Bank and Trust locations reopened as branches of U.S. Bank, National Association.

Your transferred deposits were separately insured from any accounts you may have already had at U.S. Bank, National Association for at least six months after the failure of PFF Bank and Trust.

You may withdraw your funds from any transferred account without an early withdrawal penalty until you enter into a new deposit agreement with U.S. Bank, National Association as long as the deposits are not pledged as collateral for loans.
