Failed Bank Information for Heritage Bank of Florida, Lutz, FL

On Friday, November 2, 2012, Heritage Bank of Florida was closed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. The FDIC was named Receiver. Centennial Bank, Conway, AR acquired all deposit accounts.

The FDIC as Receiver for Heritage Bank of Florida, Lutz, FL has taken all actions necessary to terminate the Receivership Estate. The Receiver published a legal notice of intent to terminate the receivership on May 22, 2023 and has made all dividend distributions required by law.

Effective February 1, 2024, the Receiver was discharged and the Receivership Estate was terminated and ceased existence as a legal entity.

Receivership Status: TERMINATED
