Comment on Financial Reform Implementation August 18, 2010 Hi, I am a certified residential appraiser servicing N.Y for 7 years . I was happy here that reasonable fees me be on the horizon. I hope this really happens as I have seen my business suffer as a result of HVCC. I have taken a hit on fees while the amount of work has stayed the same or increased with no leverage to do anything about it. I have a child and home and am in jeopardy of losing everything if things don't change. I hope reform really has some teeth as this bill may be a blessing for me. Sincerely, |
