How to Obtain Replacement and Additional Copies of the
FDIC Law, Regulations and Related Acts

To obtain replacement copies, additional copies, supplements and binders for the FDIC Law, Regulations and Related Acts looseleaf service, please go to FDIC Online Product Catalog and create an account or log in to your existing account. At present FDIC is able to accept orders only from institutional subscribers (i.e., banks, law or accounting firms, federal or state agencies, libraries) and FDIC staff logging in from an FDIC.gov e-mail address.

REPLACEMENT OF COMPLIMENTARY CEO SET: There is a charge for replacement of a lost or nonuseable copy (the four-volume complimentary set that was initially provided to the Chief Executive Officer of each FDIC insured depository institution). Replacement does not affect the continuous updating of the service to the Chief Executive Officer.

ADDITIONAL SETS: Additional sets, individually addressed, are available by subscription. An initial subscription includes the four-volume set (contents and binders) and the updating service through the end of the year.

REPLACEMENT SUPPLEMENT: There is a charge to replace supplements. Only the current and one prior supplement are available for replacement. Subscribers needing older supplements are required to purchase the complete contents.
