Dear Mr. Feldman:

We are a recently formed Community Development Financial Institution established to provide mortgage loans to households on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. We are concerned that proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act could negatively impact funding that otherwise might be available to us.

As a small CDFI, serving an economically distressed community m rural America we feel especially vulnerable, based on our understanding of how these changes might affect us. We urge you, then, to reconsider this action.
