Dear Mr. Feldman:

I am writing in support of the recent letter sent to you by my fellow County Executives and the Mayor of Baltimore (see attached) respectfully asking that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) withdraw the proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations.

The CRA regulations should ensure that low and moderate income citizens have adequate access to banking services. Our most vulnerable constituents should have access to capital for both housing and business purposes.
