To Whom It May Concern - regarding RIN 3064-AC50:

I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations.
It is too bad that people who need small loans so easily get disenfranchised by big business and especially by BIG BANKS.
Changing this rule would impinge on poor and moderate
moderate income communities--and there are lots of those in the US. Please do not adopt this rule.
