Subject: FDIC Proposed CRA Changes

We would like to submit our opposition to the proposed changes to the CRA threshold requirements. Dealing with redevelopment projects in smaller communities, we realize the difficulties in providing financing vehicles for projects. These changes would reduce the limited resources currently available.
