Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

There needs to be oversight of CRAs especially in areas with skyrocketing property values where some mismangement of funds might occur but this revision seems to hurt not the communities that have access to money but the communities that really need the assistance of area banks. Please rethink this revision. It seems to hamstring those that need it most.
