I oppose the changes to the Community Reinvestment Act. The CRA has opened the door for small businesses, and home ownership in areas where banks would not likely invest. We need to retain the commitment to the underserved in this country. The banks have had record profits, and it only makes sense that one of America's greatest institutions should continue to invest in the poor of this country.
