Kno-Ho-Co Ashland Community Action Commission strongly opposes the rule change for CRA. Without these partnerships with banks, we would not be able to offer Low Income Housing Tax Credits to rural families/persons in our communities.

This change would significantly impact our ability to offer these type of programs, and would undermine Affordable Housing across the country.
