CRA is a vital part of making sure that ALL financial institutions do their share in lending fairly and equitably. Please do not do anything to dilute this effort. Being a former banker, and now working with primarily low to-moderate income families, I can see the issue from both sides. Most of the banks in our area pride themselves on being "community oriented". They strive to serve all income households and all nationalities. It is good business. There are others who only follow CRA because they have to do so.

Let's not change the rules, ALL financial institutions should be held accountable.
