Dear Committee:

Why is that when a regulation is working in favor of the working poor, measures are taken to lesson its effectiveness. I used to be in the business of producing affordable housing and I can assure you that CRA is working. Don't water it down.

Affordable housing is good business but bankers are still not convinced. They still need the prodding that CRA provides to keep them in the business.
