I oppose the FDIC proposal to allow banks with asets above $250 million
to be examined as small banks under the CRA. This would reduce lending,
investments and services in low-income communities". This would
have a disastrous effect on many low to moderate income neighborhoods,
on the housing and other services needed to maintain a decent standard
