I am opposed to the FDIC's proposal, under the Community Reinvestment Act, to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks. The proposed $1 billion rule will greatly harm investment in low and moderate income communities.
We should be expanding bank involvement in communities not diminishing it.
