With reference to 12 CFR Part 345:
The City of Orlando Housing Department is very concerned that the proposed
changes to the Community Reinvestment Act can decrease the efforts of
lenders to support the development of affordable housing at a time when it
is most needed. In lieu of the proposed changes, we strongly recommend that
the current regulations be strengthened for all lending institutions.
